PARK RULES

• No vehicle or RV washing in park

• No mechanic work of any kind

• No clotheslines

• No window units

• No deep freezers

• No homesteading

• No pets left out on cables. Leash only & you must be at the end of the leash.

• Pick up after your pets.

• Management must pre-approve any non-factory steps to RV.

• You can not dump liquid waste of any sort on the ground or dumpsters. Please ask the office where you can place it. 

• Sewer and water hookups must be fitted appropriately and supported to prevent leaks. Monthly tenants should use the sewer support ladder for recommendations. 

• The use of additional 30 or 50 amp breakers will have an additional charge.

• Units 10 years or older will need to be approved by management.

• All units must be in complete working condition.

• These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. Management reserves the right to, without prior notice, evict anyone who creates a disturbance, nuisance, or deliberately breaks any of the Park’s policies rules. An eviction will be immediate.

PARK POLICIES

• Check-in – noon on the day of arrival

• Check out – 11:00 am on the day of departure; please contact the office if extending stay.

• Quiet Time – 10:00 pm – 6:00 am​

Refunds

• When you leave early – the rate is based on the week or day rate to calculate the refund amount

Fees

• $25.00 late fee assessed on the 6th day after the due date. On the 11th day after the due date, the electric meter will be locked. 

• There is a $5.00 per day or $25.00 per month occupancy fee for more than two adults and two children at a campsite.

Pets

• Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash with someone at all times outside the camper.

• You are responsible for picking up after your pets.

• Limit of 2 pets per camper without prior approval from management.

 

Vehicles

• Limit two vehicles per campsite without prior approval

• Vehicles must not block other camps or roadway

• The speed limit is 5 MP

Children

• Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s behavior and safety

• Please supervise small children in the Restrooms/Showers

• Do not allow children to play in the roadway

 

Laundry

• The laundry room is available 24 hours a day

• NO SMOKING INSIDE BUILDINGS

• Please clean dryer lint filters after use

• Please make sure you have all your belongings once you've finished; we do not have a lost and found 

• Please help keep it orderly where we can continue to keep it open 24 hours a day

• Don’t abuse the machines or the room

• Please be courtesy to others and promptly remove your items from washers and dryers upon completion; the laundry room is for campground tenants only

 

Restrooms/Showers

• These facilities are available 24 hours a day

• No smoking, horseplay, pets, washing dishes are allowed in restroom/showers

• Please take all your belongings with you after each use, or we will have to throw it away 

• These facilities are only for our campers use, please don’t abuse them

 

Fires

• Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted

• Fire rings are available for campfires as long as they are contained, not left unattended, and extinguished before leaving it

• Fireworks are prohibited on all campground premises

• Fire bans will be posted

 

Garbage

• Please help us stay clean by depositing all trash in the provided dumpster by the bathroom/shower building.

• If you use the blue or white barrels for waste, it’s your responsibility to empty them.

 

Storm Shelters

• There are two storm shelters provided for your use when needed at the back of the campground

 

Please call for after-hours assistance.

Park management is not responsible for loss, damages, or claims to the guest's property due to fire, theft, accident, or any other cause. The management also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Having in possession weapons such as firearms, knives, chains, etc. while outside a personal camping vehicle is not permitted on the property.
